She was great at keeping the process moving forward (there always seems to be delays), keeping us informed along the way and got the job done in a friendly and professional manner. We felt she genuinely cared about our situation and worked hard on our behalf. She even negotiated to allow us to keep the red leather barstools that looked so fabulous at the kitchen island of our new house!
